● This system uses hydraulic driving, pressure and displacement closed-loop automatic control mode to realize multi-point control, widely used in replacement of highway bridge rubber bearings, overpass lifting, synchronous lifting of inland river bridge, equipment lifting and rectification etc.
● Hydraulic pump station controls the flow by on-off valve, depending on regulating the switch frequency to change the flow which achieves the purpose of output flow can be regulated continuously. Accurate control on the synchronization of each hydraulic cylinder in lifting and load balancing in weighing process can be achieved by matching with proper electric control device, to compose pressure and displacement closed-loop control.

● This system is composed of 1 high pressure pump station, control valve groups, hydraulic cylinders, stroke monitoring devices, pressure monitoring devices and 1 set of electrical control system.
● Supporting the use of various types of low height hydraulic cylinders, applied to synchronous lifting and replacement of highway bridge rubber bearings.
The plunger pump is used in this system, with the two-way shut-off valve in this pump, that can make sure cylinders in oil feedingspeed control situaion both in lifting and declining process, and relieve the influence the hydrauic impact on the synchronizationaccuracy when the cylinders in lifting switch process. Same times, the balance valve can lock the cylinders without leakage, thatcan make sure the cylinders wouldn't decine and the load wouldn't lose control when unexpected power fallure happened, Thereare pressure transmiter detection devices and displacement detection devices in this system. When the cylinders being moved, thepressure detection devices can accurately measure the load on cylinders in realtime, the displacement detection devices canmeasure the cylinders' displacement in rea-time.
The features of electrical control system is the controller made up of Siemens PLC, the pressure sensor and displacement sensor ofeach cylinder pass the the signal to PLC for monitor, The valve groups are driven and the hydraulic ol were output to hydrauliccylinders to make them lifting according to the order from the main console. PLC keep corecting the displacement error and loadbalance by the value of pressure and displacement.
