The project at CIMC Nantong involved the hoisting and closure of an A-Type hold. Since the A-Type hold was fabricated in sections, precise alignment was required during installation. This process utilized a combination of a gantry crane and a Kaint PLC Multi-Point Hydraulic Synchronous System. First, the system's single-point adjustment function was used to precisely level the A-Type hold's installation surface. The hold was then lowered into the vessel and placed on Kaint's self-locking jacks. Finally, the synchronous system lifted the hold to the required height with millimeter-level precision to achieve a high-accuracy closure and docking, with the jacks providing long-term support.
