The Singapore Jurong East Transport Hub Elevated Bridge Bearing Replacement Project utilized KIET's Intelligent Control Synchronous Lifting Hydraulic System for the lifting and lowering of the bridge during the bearing replacement. As the final set of jacks slowly descended, the original elevated structure was safely and securely seated on the new bearings. The China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) Singapore Jurong East Transport Hub J120 project successfully completed all existing elevated bridge bearing replacement work, which further opened up the project's work areas and provided a strong guarantee for completing the annual production plan.

The Jurong East Transport Hub is a critical transportation node in Singapore. Replacing the elevated bridge bearings is vital for ensuring smooth traffic flow and enhancing facility safety. On seven existing MRT elevated lines, some bearings' displacement had approached the upper limit of their tolerance due to long-term use, necessitating replacement. Because the lines were still operational, the lifting and lowering work could only be performed during limited night-time work windows. The Intelligent Control Synchronous Lifting Hydraulic System was used to monitor indicators such as deformation and displacement of the track before and after lifting, ensuring that the existing MRT lines were not adversely affected during subsequent operation.

After 18 nights of lifting and lowering work, along with countless days of tasks such as foundation pit excavation, steel tower erection, jack installation, and bearing replacement, all 19 bearings across 10 groups for the Singapore J120 project were successfully replaced. The entire bearing replacement operation utilized a complete set of "Made in China" equipment and Chinese technology, receiving high praise and recognition from the client, the Land Transport Authority (LTA), and the metro operator.
