The multi-point automatic balancing and positioning hydraulic system was applied in the Jingxiong Expressway project in Beijing. As the most convenient highway connecting Beijing’s central area, Beijing Daxing International Airport, and the Xiong’an New Area, the Jingxiong Expressway construction required multiple sets of arch braces to be lifted, assembled, and precisely aligned.
A four-point automatic balancing and positioning hydraulic system, equipped with 150-ton, 1000-mm stroke lifting balance hydraulic cylinders, was selected for the project.

The lifting balance hydraulic cylinders provide high-precision horizontal positioning adjustment with a control accuracy of ±1 mm. The system supports both manual and automatic operation, ensuring ease and safety of use. Operators can master the system quickly after simple on-site training.
During equipment start-up or shutdown, significant vibrations may occur; this system effectively mitigates the risks these vibrations pose to personnel and equipment. Throughout the lifting process, sensors provide real-time feedback, and the computer automatically calculates and continuously controls the extension and retraction of the balance cylinders, making the entire lifting operation effortless and fully controllable.
