Due to the heavy center of gravity of the shield, conventional lifting methods cannot meet the lifting work. The main focus is to adjust the circumference angle of the shield weighing more than 200 tons on a circumference with a diameter of 15.6 meters to reach the preset position.
KIET has designed 4 special synchronous lifting hydraulic cylinders with a stroke of 1000mm and a lifting tonnage of 200 tons for it, and equipped with PLC intelligent control synchronous lifting hydraulic system to ensure that the positioning accuracy of each lifting point can reach ±0.5mm.
