Before entering the hole, the shield machine must ensure that the slope of the central axis of the shield is in line with the slope of the tunnel design axis. It is not a simple matter to adjust the axis slope of such a huge shield machine at a certain angle. It must not only meet the weight load of the entire component, ensure its smooth lifting and lowering, but also meet the precise positioning within a certain angle range. KIET has designed a complete set of PLC intelligent control synchronous hoisting hydraulic systems for it, including four ultra-large tonnage synchronous hoisting hydraulic cylinders with a stroke of 480mm, and a PLC intelligent control synchronous hoisting hydraulic system.
