  • Offshore oil drilling rigs often weigh thousands of tons or even tens of thousands of tons for each unit. Theoretical weight and actual weight always has big differences, platform’s precise weight and center of gravity position need to be calculated in maritime transport, installation and other construction work, so it’s necessary to weigh object and find the actual center of gravity position after equipment finish working.

  • Hydraulic weighing synchronous lifting system is a multi-function hydraulic system controlled by a PLC (programmable controller), lifting the load by hydraulic jack (no need additional auxiliary lifting equipment), transferring weight of load to the hydraulic jack, and then detected by high-precision sensor, calculated by designed software, the final weight can be reflected on the screen, and printing out the data can be achieved.

  • Modular:flexible combination of operation console, hydraulic system and hydraulic weighing jack and sensor module;

    Weighing sensor:high-precision weighing exclusive sensor;

    Synchronous jacking:lifting all fulcrums synchronously, showing the total weight, point weight and center of gravity position, to achieve data output and report printing;

    Quick connection of oil hoses and cables:hydraulic system, hydraulic weighing jack, oil hose are connected by quick couplers; weighing sensor, the controller uses the aviation plug to achieve rapid connection of communication lines;

    Communication bus:communication bus is used to connect operation console, hydraulic system and field controller, adopt aviation plugs to achieve rapid connection.

    Operation interface:user-friendly design, with a good man-friendly interface, simple and clear operation;

    Measurement data:weighing data can be stored, copied and printed out.
