Synchronous Weighing of Steel Box Girders On-Site
The high-precision intelligent weighing hydraulic system employs large-capacity, long-stroke hydraulic jacks to achieve the overall lifting and lowering of steel box girders during bridge construction. By reading weight data from load cells attached to each jack, the system accurately determines the weight of each structural component. By setting the coordinates for each lifting point and combining them with the measured loads, the system automatically calculates the center of gravity of the structure.
