Precautions for hydraulic jack operation

Inspection of each component:

Whether the oil in the electric pump tank is sufficient.

Check whether the hose and joint parts are clean, and use a dust cap cover when not connected.

Whether the connection part of the jack, pump and oil pipe is secure, the quick coupling needs to be confirmed whether it is connected in place, and the tightening part needs to be checked again.

When multiple jacks supply oil at the same time, it is also necessary to check the connection between the connector of the distribution valve and the oil pipe.

The tubing should not be bent and should not be pressed by heavy objects.

Check the bearing capacity of the jack used, and use a single unit requires the use of a heavy object with a rated bearing capacity ≥ 120%; Multiple units require a single carrying capacity * ≥ 150% heavy load.

Inspection of the operating environment:

Place the jack at the center of gravity of the weight to ensure that the jack force point is always located at the center of gravity of the weight during the lifting process.

If multiple jacks are jacked at the same time, it is necessary to ensure the synchronization of jacking, and remember that there should be no deviation in the jacking process, resulting in the overturning of heavy objects.

During the jacking process and after jacking is in place, support needs to be added to the bottom of the weight, and wooden pillows or hard iron blocks can be used as a paving. Remember that ordinary hydraulic jacks should not be used as long-term support, and if necessary, mechanical self-locking jacks can be used.

It is not suitable for use in tasks with acid and alkali and aggressive gases.

Provides a horizontal and solid support for the entire jack base.

When jacking heavy objects, it is recommended to have an optional saddle for greater stability.

The entire jack saddle must be in contact with the load.

The direction of movement of the load must be consistent with the jack plunger.

Never allow any part of your body to be under the load, and make sure the load is on a strong support before getting under it.

Avoid contact between the jack and open flames.

Operation process check:

Start experimental work and stop immediately when problems are found.

Do not exceed the stroke, some models are not equipped with stroke overload protection device, requiring our construction personnel to strictly follow the method used in the product manual in use.

Do not overload operation to prevent the occurrence of "cylinder burst" accidents. When working under overload, the hydraulic jack is prone to shell cracking and oil pressure leakage, causing the jack or even injuries.

Do not operate at rated system pressure. To prevent "cylinder explosion" accidents.

When the single-acting jack returns, open the pressure relief valve of the pumping station by hand to quickly return the trip. The double-acting jack needs to dial the flow direction of the pumping station to the opposite direction and return to the way.

When refueling the pumping station, it can be added to the recommended position, and when all the jacks are fully retracted, refuel the pumping station.

The jack should be prevented from vibrating violently during the operation process.
