1. Before use, check whether the parts and connections are normal.

2. When using, it should be strictly in accordance with the tonnage size of the jack, and do not overload and overtravel, otherwise when the lifting tonnage or lifting height exceeds the regulations, the hydraulic jack will cause serious oil leakage.

3. Ultra-thin hydraulic jacks generally use manual hydraulic pump stations as power output sources.

4. The center of gravity of the heavy object should be moderately selected, the focus point of the hydraulic jack should be reasonably selected, the bottom surface should be flattened, and the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be taken into account, whether to line the tough wood, and whether the placement is stable to avoid sinking or tilting with weight.

5. After the hydraulic jack lifts the heavy object, the heavy object should be firmly supported by the support in time, and it is forbidden to use the ultra-high pressure large-tonnage electric jack as a support. If you need to support heavy objects for a long time, please choose a self-locking jack.

6. If you need several hydraulic jacks to lift at the same time, you can use a diverter valve, and pay attention to the load of multiple jacks should be balanced, and pay attention to keeping the lifting speed synchronized. It is also necessary to consider the possibility of subsidence of the ground due to uneven weight to prevent the danger of tilting the lifted object.

7. When using, first connect the quick connector of the hand pump with the top, then choose a good position, and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to work. To make the piston rod go down, loosen the manual oil pump handwheel slightly in a counterclockwise direction, and the cylinder is unloaded, and the piston rod will gradually descend. Otherwise, the descent will be too fast.

8. The jack is gravity reset, and after lifting, it can be quickly taken out, but the connected hose cannot be used to pull the jack.

9. When the user uses it, do not exceed the rated stroke to avoid damaging the hydraulic jack.

10. Avoid violent vibration of the jack during use.

11. It is not suitable for use in workplaces with acid and alkali and corrosive gases.

12. Users should regularly check and maintain according to the usage.

Only by operating the jack correctly can we ensure the normal operation of the jack and its safety in use.
