The use of hydraulic jacks needs to abide by relevant regulations, and must not be careless, because of small mistakes. Below we introduce its jacking precautions.
1. When the hydraulic jack is in the jacking operation, it is necessary to choose a hydraulic jack of the appropriate tonnage, and the bearing capacity should not be overloaded. The minimum height of the hydraulic jack is suitable, in order to facilitate the removal, the minimum height of the hydraulic jack should be suitable for the headroom at the bottom of the heavy object, and the lifting height of the hydraulic jack should be greater than the sum of the thickness of the sleeper and the deformation of the sleeper when the sleeper supports the heavy object during the lifting and landing process.
2. If multiple hydraulic jacks are used to jointly jack the same equipment, the same type of hydraulic jack should be selected, and the sum of the rated lifting capacity of each hydraulic jack shall not be less than 1.5 times the gravity of the equipment beared.
3. The hydraulic jack should be wiped clean before use, and check whether the parts are flexible and whether there is any damage and oil leakage. Do not remove the quick coupling when there is a load to avoid accidents and damage to parts.
4. The hydraulic jack should be placed flat before use, not tilted, and the bottom should be flattened to prevent the hydraulic jack from tilting or overturning due to the sinking of the foundation or the offset of the load. The bottom of the hydraulic jack can be covered with a tough pillow or steel plate to expand the pressure-bearing area to avoid accidents caused by sinking or sliding. Do not use oil-stained wooden boards or steel plates as padding to prevent slipping and safety accidents when subjected to force. The place where the heavy object is lifted must be a safe and solid part to prevent damage to the equipment.
5. When using a hydraulic jack, you should try to jack up part of the heavy object first, carefully check that there is no abnormality in the hydraulic jack, and then continue to jack the heavy object. If the backing plate is found to be uneven, unfirm or the hydraulic jack has tilt and oil leakage after being pressed, the hydraulic jack must be depressurized and returned to the back, and the rear must be dealt with in time before operating again.
6. During the jacking process, the safety sleeper frame should be laid under the weight in time with the continuous rise of the weight to prevent accidents caused by the sudden drop of the piston caused by the tilt of the hydraulic jack or the bursting of the oil pipe. When lowering the heavy object, the sleeper should be gradually pulled out, and the distance between the sleeper and the heavy object should not exceed the thickness of a sleeper to prevent accidents!
7. When the hydraulic jack needs to be released, only need to open the oil return valve slightly, so that it can be lowered slowly and cannot be lowered suddenly.
To avoid damaging the inner leather bowl and causing damage to the oil cylinder.
8. When the rack cylinder is released, it cannot be suddenly lowered, if it is suddenly lowered, the internal device will be subjected to impact, causing the rocker to jump and hurt people.
9. The technical indicators of the cylinder should be strictly observed: handle length, number of operators, jacking height. The operating handle shall not be arbitrarily lengthened, nor shall the number of people be increased to apply strong pressure. The lifting height should not exceed the specified limit, and the sleeve of the screw cylinder and the piston of the hydraulic jack are marked with red lines, and the operation should be stopped immediately when the red line is exposed. If there is no mark, the specified height of the nut sleeve or piston shall not exceed 3/4 of the total height of the nut sleeve or piston for each jacking.
10. If the jacking height of the heavy object needs to exceed the rated height of the hydraulic jack, it is necessary to first put a sleeper under the heavy object lifted by the hydraulic jack, lower the hydraulic jack, raise its bottom, and repeat the jacking until the required lifting height.
11. The hydraulic jack cannot be used as a permanent support equipment (the nut self-locking hydraulic jack can be supported for a long time). If long-term support is required, the supporting part should be added under the heavy object to ensure that the hydraulic jack is not damaged.
12. If only one hydraulic jack is used at one end of the lifting heavy object, the hydraulic jack should be placed on the symmetrical axis of the heavy object, and the direction of the hydraulic jack base length should be consistent with the direction of the heavy object that is easy to topple. If two hydraulic jacks are used at one end of the heavy object, the direction of the base should be slightly symmetrical in the figure eight shape and placed on both sides of the symmetry axis of the heavy object.
13. When using two or more hydraulic jacks to lift at the same time, they must be commanded and coordinated at the same time.
14. The hydraulic jack should not be used in an environment higher than 80°C.
15. When separating the hydraulic jack and the high-pressure tubing, the pressure should be eliminated first, and then the dust cover of the joint should be screwed on.
16. Hydraulic jacks should be stored in a dry and dust-free place, not suitable for use in workplaces with acid and alkali and corrosive gases, let alone outdoors exposed to sun and rain!
17. Before use, the instructions given by the manufacturer should be read in detail, and the technical specifications should be strictly followed during operation, and the user should regularly check and maintain according to the usage situation.
