Today, we introduce that the connection method between this electric hydraulic pump and low height hydraulic cylinder is an expandable connection method. The key components include: 50T low height hydraulic cylinder, single acting electric hydraulic pump, four-way distribution valve, and hydraulic hose.
Connection method:
1. Connect the electric hydraulic pump and the distribution valve. Ensure that the interface is well sealed to prevent leakage.
2. Connect the distribution valve and the cylinder. Connect the oil outlets on both sides of the distribution valve to the two cylinders respectively through hoses. Ensure that the length of each hose is appropriate and does not affect the normal use of the equipment.
3. Connect the distribution valve and the distribution valve. Connect the end of the first four-way distribution valve to the top of the second distribution valve through hose.
4. Connect the second distribution valve to the cylinder: The connection method is the same as that of the first distribution valve and cylinder. After the connection is completed, at this point, four cylinders have been connected to the pump. If more cylinders are needed, just add a new distribution valve and connect the top of the new distribution valve to the end of the previous one. This connection method can expand more cylinders. At this point, it is important to be clear about the working capacity of the electric pump and ensure that the oil volume of the electric pump meets the demand of the entire network.

Inspection and testing:
After all connections are completed, check the sealing of each interface to ensure there is no oil leakage.
Start the hydraulic pump, gradually increase the pressure, observe the working conditions of each part of the system and ensure that all cylinders can work normally.
During the operation of the system, check all interfaces and hoses at any time to ensure safety.
Through the above introduction, we can ensure the stable and safe operation of the system while completing the synchronous operation of multiple low height hydraulic cylinders.
