
The intelligent hydraulic trolley can be divided into two major parts as a whole: the hydraulic trolley and the servo trolley. Among them, the hydraulic trolley has a lifting capacity of 200 tons per unit and is driven by a hydraulic motor to achieve in-orbit walking capability. The servo trolley carries the main control cabinet and the wire reel and is connected to the hydraulic trolley through the connecting rod mechanism. The hydraulic trolley drives the servo trolley to move, achieving a real-time following effect. The following will provide explanations for the two parts separately.
Hydraulic Trolley

The hydraulic trolley is mainly composed of the main lifting device, the traveling device, the hydraulic oil tank, the comprehensive valve group, etc.
The main lifting device mainly consists of a lifting cylinder and a top saddle.
Top Saddle
The top of the lifting mechanism is equipped with a saddle, which enables the lifting device to have a 5° deflection angle to address the potential risks caused by uneven contact surfaces and ensure the "surface" contact of the load at all times.
Lifting Cylinder
This sliding device is a kind of anti-friction material. It forms a sliding pair with the sliding plate on the lower surface, which is convenient for horizontal movement.
Walking device
The walking device controls the switching of motor speed gears through the motor speed switching valve. The motor directional control valve is used to control the forward and reverse rotation of the hydraulic motor.
Servo Trolley

Main control cabinet
The main control cabinet integrates control programs, operation panels and buttons into one. Users can control the equipment as a whole through buttons and display screen.
Main control system
This complete set of system involves the connection of multiple devices, thereby achieving the interlocking control requirements of four devices. The complete set of networking adopts Profinet communication technology, which is one of the commonly used field Ethernet standards in the world at present. With its unique technical features, strict certification norms, open standards, support from numerous manufacturers and continuously evolving application industry norms, it has become the most important fieldbus standard.
