The equipment mainly includes the main unit, standard blocks, hydraulic power system, software control system, and main control&monitoring system. Among them, the main unit includes a main hydraulic cylinder, a supporting base, a pin device, a feeding device, top cushion blocks, etc. The main control&monitoring system is an independent operation unit, equipped with the multi-equipment linkage synchronous control software independently developed by KIET. It can simultaneously operate and monitor multiple on-site devices in a unified manner. Through the sending of control system commands, it can perform consecutive actions such as feeding, jacking, pinning, load transfer, lowering, and material return on the complete set of equipment, achieving data visualization during the entire operation process and ensuring the safety of on-site construction.
