Self-elevating synchronous lifting hydraulic system was involved in the demolition of the old bridge on the Hunan Hengdong section of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway.

Currently, the SPMT module vehicle intelligent transportation technology is adopted for the demolition and erection process, achieving remarkable results. On this basis, KIET Company has broken through traditional process methods. The in-situ lifting and lowering of the bridge is achieved by using self-elevating synchronous lifting hydraulic system and combined with the dynamic rotation of the SPMT module vehicle. This process can support and transfer the bridge load without the need to build a Bailey frame system, and at the same time meet the construction requirements of high-stroke lowering of the on-site bridge. There is no need for secondary hoisting, which greatly saves construction costs and further ensures the construction safety on site.

Self-elevating synchronous lifting hydraulic system developed by Jiangsu KIET consists of a 250T main unit, a hydraulic power unit, an intelligent synchronous main control system and other components. Each unit has a load capacity of 250T. Currently, it can be expanded to a maximum capacity of 20000T for group use, and the number can also be expanded as needed. By stacking or removing standard spacers step by step, Bridges or heavy components are lifted or lowered synchronously. Compared with the traditional operation methods in the industry, this greatly improves construction safety and operation efficiency and significantly reduces construction costs. This equipment features strong lifting capacity, high synchronization accuracy and high operation efficiency and has significant advantages and application prospects in the industry.
