Direct jacking method description:

The direct jacking method uses multiple hydraulic jacks to jack the bridge deck as a whole, often around the bridge bearing as a support point, and two or more jacks are placed around the support. This arrangement is similar to the contact point between the jack piston and the bridge deck when jacking, and will not affect the rigidity of the bridge body.

The direct jacking method has high requirements for PLC synchronization control, and the number of hydraulic jacks is large. With the maturity of PLC synchronous jacking hydraulic system and the increase in demand for domestic bridge jacking projects, PLC control accuracy is sufficient to meet the requirements of synchronous jacking of bridges. As a safe bridge jacking and greatly shorten the construction period.

The control accuracy of this system is ≤±0.2mm, and it uses hydraulic drive, pressure and displacement closed-loop automatic control to achieve multi-point control, which can carry out functions such as heavy load weighing, synchronous jacking, synchronous jacking, synchronous landing, synchronous jacking in equal proportions, attitude leveling, and automatic pressure regulation. The system uses a frequency conversion governor to control the oil pump motor, relying on adjusting the frequency of power supply to change the motor speed, so as to achieve the purpose of continuously adjusting the flow rate of the oil pump, with appropriate electronic control and detection system, the lifting speed of the jack can be accurately controlled, and the jack synchronous control can be realized.
