1. All power cables and signal cables in the system must be plugged and unplugged when connected!

2. Non-professionals are not allowed to modify the equipment, and non-professionals are not allowed to modify the screen parameters. Untrained personnel are not allowed to operate the equipment.

3. The cable sensor cannot be suddenly released after pulling out, and the travel of the cable switch is 1 meter, and it should not exceed this stroke when used.

4. In the unused site, try to turn off the self-locking button at each point to avoid misoperation.

5. Do not replace cylinders, motors, displacement sensors, and pressure sensors at will. If it must be replaced, try to use the same model or the same parameter.

PLC hydraulic synchronous jacking system maintenance and maintenance:

Always check all system components for leaks or damage. Repair or replace damaged elements.

1. Check the oil level: Check the oil level in the pump before starting the pump, and if necessary, remove the vent cover and add hydraulic oil. Make sure the cylinder is fully retracted before refueling.

2. Oil change and clean oil tank: Hydraulic oil should be thoroughly replaced every two years of use. The hydraulic system uses medium mineral hydraulic fluid. N46# hydraulic oil is used, and it is not allowed to change to other grades of oil at will. The liquid level of the fuel tank should be kept above the center line of the level gauge, and filtered with a 120-mesh filter when refueling. Hydraulic oil will produce gelatinous dirt and block the oil filter after a long time. In humid areas, the hydraulic fluid should be completely changed once a year. In dry areas, the hydraulic oil should also be completely replaced once every two years.

3. When repairing and installing valve components, first wipe the connection surface with a soft cloth (not cotton wire and other silk items), check that there are no scratches on the surface, check that the sealing ring on the valve is complete, and check the model before installation. All screws used are high-strength screws (≥ grade 8.8).

4. When connecting the ultra-high pressure hose and the cylinder, confirm that the connection is correct and reliable, and do not start the machine when uncertain. Do not pull roughly or step on it at will, and need to be checked and maintained regularly.

5. It is not allowed to adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system in the state of cylinder movement.

6. The normal working oil temperature of the system is within the range of 0-60°C. If the allowable temperature use range is exceeded, the cause should be checked and corresponding measures should be taken.

7. It is not allowed to use defective pressure gauges, and it is not allowed to work or adjust pressure without pressure gauges. When there is an abnormality in a certain part of the hydraulic system, the cause should be analyzed and dealt with in time, and it should not be forced to operate and cause an accident.
