The hydraulic torque wrench working head is mainly composed of three parts, frame, cylinder and transmission parts, cylinder output force, cylinder piston rod and transmission part to form a motion pair, the distance from the center of the cylinder to the center of the transmission part is the hydraulic wrench amplification arm, the cylinder processing multiplied by the force arm, is the theoretical output torque of the hydraulic torque wrench, due to the existence of friction resistance, the actual output torque of the hydraulic torque wrench is less than the theoretical output torque!

Hydraulic torque wrenches have two series: driven hydraulic torque wrenches and hollow hydraulic wrenches! The driven hydraulic torque wrench is used with a standard socket, which is a general-purpose hydraulic wrench with a wide range of uses! The hollow hydraulic torque wrench has a thin thickness, especially suitable for places where space is relatively tight!
