Common problems with the use of thin jacks:
All hydraulic jacks have a 3/8''-18NPT interface, and each hydraulic jack is equipped with a high-flow quick coupling to ensure the free flow of liquid. Some hydraulic jacks have threaded assembly holes at the bottom of the cylinder block, which is easy to install. Most hydraulic jacks with a working capacity of more than 50 tons have a lifting ring or handle, which helps to carry and place them on site.
Gravity reset is used to apply pressure to the piston surface of the vertical cylinder during the return trip, and generally can be pushed by hand or a person standing on the surface of the piston to speed up the return trip.
The jack can not be overloaded, the base is perpendicular to the weight being lifted, and is fixed firmly with the support pad (if the vertical jacking is not necessarily fixed), the joint should be avoided in the process of handling and use, and the handle ring screw should be tightened before handling, and this product should not be used in corrosive environments.
The high-pressure hose has been tested for pressure resistance when it leaves the factory, and the test pressure is 1.25 times the rated pressure, but in long-term use, due to the aging of the glue, the damage will cause the reduction of the pressure strength of the hose.
