Proper operation of a hand pump

A hand pump is a small device that can convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, and is generally used with small jacks or other hydraulic tools. The main features are easy to operate, easy to carry, and can be adapted to situations without power supply.

 

The operation method of single-acting manual pump is basically as follows:

Boost: Continuously pressing down on the handle, which is an increase in pressure. When the pressure reaches the preset value of 70MPa, the high-pressure valve is opened, and the hydraulic oil flows from the high-pressure valve to the oil pipe, and the pressure is always maintained at 70MPa.

Work: Continue to press down the handle continuously to keep the hand pump in working condition until the hydraulic element reaches its intended state.

Pressure relief: Slowly open the pressure relief valve to make the hydraulic oil flow back to the pump body until the pressure reaches 0 to complete the pressure relief.

The double-acting manual pump is different from the single-acting structure, and the single-acting pressure relief valve is replaced with a manual reversing device, which completes the flow direction of the oil circuit by controlling the direction of the manual commutation.
