1. Choose the appropriate separate jack: first check the tonnage, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the use process, we generally choose a jack with a rated bearing capacity greater than 1.2 times the heavy load. And prepare the spacers during the jacking process so that the jack is parallel to the bearing surface.

2. Refuel the fuel tank of the manual pump: calculate the refueling amount in advance to ensure that the oil in the tank meets the jacking of the jack. When the piston rod is extended, the check valve on the oil suction channel opens, and the check valve on the oil discharge channel closes to complete the oil suction process.

3. Connection, check connection: connect the hand pump and the separate jack with oil pipes. First, align the male connector of the tubing with the female connector on the hand pump and jack, push it gently, and hear a crisp "click" sound to indicate that the connection is in place.

4. Operate the manual pump: shake the handle part to supply oil to the jack, when the jack is lifted, the internal pressure is less than 1.5Mpa, at this time, the hydraulic oil flows into the low-pressure working cavity inside the pump body, and the jack is supplied with oil through the low-pressure cavity. When the gear pressure rises to 70Mpa, the high-pressure chamber starts to work, and the small flow rate at this time and the cylinder jacks up.

5. There is another point to pay attention to when using the detached jack: stop pressing the oil supply after reaching the stroke.

6. Pressure relief process: After the pumping station stops working, the pressure needs to be zeroed, the unloading valve needs to be unscrewed, and the hydraulic oil flows back to the pump body. Complete the pressure relief work.
