According to the law of fluid transmission, the hydraulic equipment of the spreader loading test is designed and developed by using the principle of servo control to simulate the loading system of acceleration process when the object falls.

The hydraulic equipment of the spreader loading test is to use the hydraulic characteristics to realize the control of the displacement and force of the cylinder through the automatic control of displacement closed-loop and force closed-loop. When testing different spreaders, as long as the corresponding model code is entered in the computer, the system will automatically prompt the servo system to control the action of the cylinder according to the model code, so as to realize the acceleration (braking force acceleration) when the object falls, and the change of loading force in the process of force sensor acquisition and then generate a map.

Features of hydraulic equipment for spreader loading test:

The equipment is divided into three parts: hydraulic system, frame structure and electronic control.

Hydraulics:

Hydraulics:

  • The control adopts computer plus programmable automation motion controller PAC plus expansion module (analog signal input module, strain signal input module, analog signal output module, switching module), and the host computer is controlled in real time through Ethernet communication;
  • Parameters can be selected and set through the operation interface;
  • High-precision servo valves, which are suitable for position, speed, force (or pressure) servo control systems, and have high dynamic response;
  • Adopt dry torque motor and two-stage hydraulic amplifier structure;
