Product Detail

This scissors are used for de-heading, de-tailing, sampling and other operations in the production process of high-speed wire rods and bars. They are suitable for various types of high line factories. They are used in conjunction with special electric hydraulic pump stations. The maximum shear diameter is 55mm. The maximum output can reach 140T, and it can cut alloy steel bars with a hardness of HRC38 within 2.5 seconds.

The scissor cylinder body is made of special alloy steel material by the method of casting. Blade design: The four sides of the blade can be cut, and the special composite alloy material and special design increase the efficiency by 4 times.
