  • Walking type synchronous pushing hydraulic equipment is a kind of pushing equipment specially used for composite structure bridge, which is suitable for the use of steel box girder, truss girder and other different structure bridge types. Because of the high comprehensive performance of composite structure bridge, it has been widely used in bridge construction in China in recent years. However, the steel structure of composite structure bridge is mostly thin-walled structure, and its local stiffness is much smaller than that of concrete box girder and closed steel box girder. The traditional pulling multi-point continuous pushing equipment can not meet the pushing construction of this kind of bridge.

    Through years of field construction experience, KIET has developed a new type of equipment, walking type synchronous pushing hydraulic equipment, which is suitable for the pushing of composite structure bridges. The walking type synchronous pushing hydraulic equipment is mainly composed of hydraulic oil circuit, electrical control, mechanical steel structure support, anti-wear and sliding and other parts, which effectively integrates the machine, electricity and hydraulic into one; in the construction process, it can realize multiple reciprocating lifting, pushing, deviation correction and other actions.

    ● Ultra high pressure hydraulic technology, with small size and light weight, convenient for field installation and disassembly.

    ● Using frequency conversion synchronous control mode, the speed is accurately adjustable, and has the characteristics of displacement and force double closed-loop synchronous control.

    ● Through perfect hydraulic control and point arrangement, the vertical supporting force of each pier top can be adjusted and balanced automatically, making the pushing more safe and reliable.

    ● The whole equipment can adjust the attitude of the whole bridge in space.

    ● Single device can realize independent movement in X, y and Z directions without mutual interference.

  • The walking type synchronous jacking and pushing hydraulic system is comprised of a jacking device, a hydraulic pump station, a control system, and a network of pipelines. Each jacking device is precisely controlled by a computer, which regulates fluid power and flow to operate the hydraulic cylinders. This allows for complex, sequenced movements that are tailored to the specific demands of a construction project.

    Jacking and Pushing Device::The system's jacking device is composed of several key parts, including a sliding box, sliding plate assembly, vertical and horizontal hydraulic jacks, and a deviation correction mechanism.

    The sliding box serves as the primary load-bearing component, supporting the object being lifted. Its contact surface, made of mirrored stainless steel and bronze, facilitates the movement of the beam. To achieve minimal friction under heavy loads, the bottom plate of the box features a high-molecular organic wear-resistant material, creating a smooth-gliding surface against the mirrored stainless steel plate.

    Hydraulic Pump Station and Control System: This unit is responsible for converting electrical energy into fluid power. It is composed of a variable frequency motor, a hydraulic pump, a distributor, a cooling system, various safety devices, and an integrated control system.

  • Compared to traditional pushing methods that use steel strands, the walking-type intelligent jacking and pushing hydraulic system offers several advantages, including enhanced safety, stable pushing, and convenient alignment adjustments.

  • Working Steps of the Walking-Type Synchronous Jacking and Pushing Hydraulic System:

    1.Place the 3D walking jacks in their predetermined positions.

    2.Under the control of the intelligent hydraulic system, perform a synchronous lift along the Z-axis.

    3.The X-axis and Y-axis then perform a precise, synchronous displacement under system control.

    The Z-axis synchronously lowers, and the X and Y axes return to their original positions.
