KIET’s Fully Automatic 3D Adjustment Hydraulic Equipment was deployed for hull lifting and section alignment in the 4,500-ton chemical tanker project at Huatai Shipyard, Jiangsu. The project utilized four PLC computer-controlled 3D adjustment units, each with a 200-ton lifting capacity, to achieve precise hull section assembly. This equipment features adjustment along the X, Y, and Z axes, as well as self-propelled movement. Computer-based controls enabled a positioning accuracy of less than 0.2 mm.
