The lifting project of the 250,000-ton ore receiving and unloading wharf uses a synchronous lifting hydraulic system and is the first construction site.
After many on-site inspections and repeated communication with customers, our company has tailored 2 sets of intelligent control synchronous lifting systems for the "250,000-level ore unloading terminal substation lifting project", with a total of 48 control points , and supporting 80 sets of KET-CLSG-300T-200 large-ton hydraulic jacks of our company. Due to the particularity of the project, a mechanical buttress is designed for each jack to ensure the safety of project implementation; the project was successfully implemented in 2016. Completed the lifting and deviation correction project of No. 1 substation, with a maximum lifting capacity of 886mm.
