Introduction of multiple solutions for synchronous jacking

When lifting a large object, people need to find multiple support points under the weight to place multiple jacks, and then jack the weight simultaneously. Especially when the center of gravity of the heavy object is not at the center point, or the heavy object is of irregular shape, in order to prevent the heavy load from being out of sync during the lifting process, resulting in biased load, it is necessary to have strict requirements for synchronous jacking jacking.

How to use a synchronous jacking jack is the knowledge we need to master during operation.

In order to enable multiple hydraulic jacks to be jacked synchronously, we must first ensure the use of hydraulic jacks of the same model, Jiangsu Kent recommends the use of RSM or CLRR series jacks for bridge jacking, with the use of follow-up jacks, to achieve the purpose of safe jacking.

Depending on the occasion, we choose different solutions.

1. Money-saving jack synchronous jacking scheme:

Use a distribution valve to divert the flow of the electric pump to multiple jacks.

During the jacking process, if it is found that the speed of a certain jack is faster than that of other jacks, the distribution valve of the link will be linked to the speed adjustment to reduce the flow supply to the top, so as to slow down the speed of the jack and achieve the purpose of synchronizing with other jacks.

During the operation, we need to constantly observe the jacking of each jack and continuously control the flow rate of the distribution valve through the observation results.

The disadvantage of using this method is that the accuracy is not high, it needs to be controlled by humans, and it is easy to misoperate or misjudge if you are not careful. Therefore, we generally use this method for jacking some heavy objects that do not require high precision.

2. Synchronous jacking scheme for single-point control and multi-point collaboration:

One pump controls one jack with the same pump model. Arrange several points to jack, you need several sets of such configurations. Each point needs one person to control.

Because the same jack and pump are used, the flow rate provided to the same jack is the same and the jacking speed is the same in the same time.

The disadvantage is that multiplayer operation is very cooperative, and there is a mistake, which is easy to fail. Not easy to control.

3. PLC control synchronous jacking jack scheme:

A distance sensor is installed on each jack, the sensor collects distance data, feeds back to the computer, and the computer program calculates the single fuel supply for each jack through the distance data. Through continuous calculation in each time period, the jack is accurately supplied with oil, so that the jacking speed of each jack is the same.

The disadvantage is that the system requires complex program control and expensive system components, which requires a large investment compared to the previous two methods.

However, due to the program control and PLC sensing, the uncertainty of human control is avoided, and the synchronization error is generally 1mm. It can be used in situations where synchronization accuracy is highly required, such as bridge jacking.
