Reduce the use of gaskets. If the pressure on the force-bearing surface is too high, the use of gaskets cannot be avoided. Choosing a larger gasket enables the BTC to be supported on the gasket.
According to the required preload force, the ratio of the thread protrusion h to the diameter d of the external thread should be greater than (1.0h ≥ 2-21.0Xd).
Recommend to consider the thread of the bolt (Recommend to design it in accordance with Part 2 of DIN2510).
The ratio between the angle length Ik and the diameter d of the external thread should be greater than 2.0(Ik≥2.0Xd).
At the maximum yield point F0.2, the preload FVM may not extend the bolt load.
The perpendicularity between the bolt and the support surface (with a tolerance of 1) and it is also recommended to use universal gaskets.
Please consider the positional and shape tolerances of the fasteners with other components.
The pressure PG on the force-bearing surface of the support area should be checked.
Please consider that the surface material or coating may affect the tensioning result.
