Foreword: We have just customized a batch of ultra-high pressure hydraulic jacks for the customer, with a pressure of 250MPa and a bearing capacity of 150 tons. Because the volume is smaller than that of ordinary hydraulic jacks, the carrying tonnage can be made larger, and the performance can meet the requirements of customers.
Before knowing how to maximize the effectiveness of hydraulic jacks, let's first understand the routine:
Single-acting hydraulic jack:
Use a pump (or 3-way valve) with a bleed valve and a single-acting hydraulic jack connected to the tubing (Picture 1). After connecting all parts, please tighten all joints by hand fully, if not tightened, oil leakage will occur.
Double Acting Hydraulic Jack:
Please use a pump with 4 valves and two tubing to connect the double-acting hydraulic jack (picture 2). After connecting all parts, please tighten all joints fully by hand, if not tightened, oil leakage will occur.
Related Operation Methods:
After completing the above steps, operate the pressure pump to telescopic the hydraulic jack.
Single-acting hydraulic jacks use pull springs, springs, or heavy load resets.
Double-acting hydraulic jacks use hydraulic reset.
Do not rotate the piston rod when installing the headhead or operating the hydraulic jack to prevent damage to the spring or spring.
In order to reduce the loss of the top part of the hydraulic jack and increase the safety of use, please try not to be completely when conditions permit
Use hydraulic jack rated stroke and rated load.
After the operation, please return the hydraulic jack piston rod to the hydraulic jack, remove the oil pipe, and cover it with a rubber cap
Joint. If using a hydraulic jack outer ring thread, cover the thread with a rubber cap.
In order for the hydraulic jack to be as effective as possible, we also have to maintain it in our daily life:
Keep the hydraulic jack clean, protect the outer ring threads and joints with rubber caps.
After completing the work, the piston rod must be retracted inside the hydraulic jack, cleaned and stored in a ventilated, moisture-proof and corrosion-proof place.
