Hydraulic nut, as a new type of strong fastening hydraulic tools, has been widely used in metallurgy, power, petrochemical, mining machinery, mining machine, boring machine and other heavy machinery. Coal mining machine is the realization of coal production mechanization and modernization of the major large-scale equipment, and the connection parts use ultra-high pressure hydraulic nut to lock. As a high reliability, reliable operation of the product, hydraulic nuts in foreign new coal mine has been widely used.

Hydraulic nuts are used at the butt joints of major components, between major components and bottom brackets and between major sections, which can realize reliable connection of electric control box, motor box, electrical box and intermediate box of large shearer and ensure mining operation. The coal machine does not loosen during normal work to ensure the safety of use. At the same time, high-strength bolts are used for secondary connection to strengthen the fixing effect. This effectively solves the problem of looseness caused by strong vibration in the process of normal coal cutting and fault crossing, reduces the failure of the shearer due to vibration, improves the reliability of the shearer, and greatly simplifies the daily routine of the shearer and reduces the labor intensity of workers.
