  • Automatic Vehicle-Mounted Hydraulic Pullers can disassemble work-pieces quickly with double acting hydraulic cylinders.
  • Controlled by electric hydraulic pump with solenoid directional valve, easy to operate.
  • Applied to the disassembly of large bearing and hole type work-pieces.
  • Convenient to move with vehicles and replace the job site at any time.
  • High strength alloy steel grabbers with safety chain clamping device, 50T with three grabbers, 100T and 200T with two.
  • Height adjusting screw design with high efficiency, easy to operate in location.
  • The solenoid directional valves control the open and close of the pullers automatically and accomplish the drawing works once by one press(hydraulic cylinder lifting, height adjusting of the pullers, open and close of grabbers).
  • Anti-skid grabbers design to avoid the work-pieces slide away.
  • Two locking wheels on the vehicle to fix the the puller at job site.
How to choose a suitable hydraulic puller:
  • Measure the outside diameter, thickness and the distance on the bearing of the work-pieces.
  • Try to use 3 grabbers puller if the space allowed to get more reliable clamping force and more uniform drawing force.
  • Please use the pullers with correct size, and if the work-piece can not be drawn out even at the largest capacity, please change the puller with larger tonnage.
  • Generally, 1 inch inside diameter work-piece needs 7-10T capacity
  • For example, 2 inches inside diameter work-piece needs 14-20T capacity
