We are now at the site where a smart hydraulic system for transformer relocation is in use, and we'd like to provide a more detailed introduction to its application. This is a customized product designed specifically for a large hydro-transformer, with a total lifting capacity of 600 tons. It enables the transformer to be moved from its operational environment to a maintenance area, especially in confined spaces.

Transformer Relocation Process: First, the transformer is synchronously pushed to the designated position to create space for subsequent operations. Then, four self-locking hydraulic jacks are deployed to synchronously lift the transformer, creating clearance underneath. A transport trolley is then hauled into position beneath the main transformer, which is then synchronously lowered onto the trolley. The transport trolley has the capability to both haul and steer, and under the control of the smart hydraulic system, it slowly moves the transformer to the maintenance area.
