To improve operational efficiency and reduce accidents, rotary kilns in cement plants require periodic inspection and maintenance. Due to the immense weight of the rotary kiln, high-tonnage hydraulic jacks are needed for the lifting operation. After the center of gravity of the kiln is precisely determined, the jacks are used to lift the supports at the bottom of the kiln body.
