Congratulations to China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) on the successful implementation of another major overseas project. The installation precision of the 1,250-ton Dewar base has set a new record in the nuclear energy industry. Jiangsu Kaint provided three sets of high-precision smart synchronous lifting hydraulic systems for this project, continuing our expansion into international markets alongside China's nuclear power initiatives.

—— On-site Operations ——

The installation of the 1,250-ton Dewar base was a project of significant complexity, requiring high installation precision and advanced measurement technology. The Chinese project management and construction techniques received high praise from the international nuclear energy organization, marking a major step forward for China's nuclear power sector into the high-end market. The installation precision also set a new record for large-scale equipment installation within China's nuclear energy industry.

During the severe period of the pandemic, Jiangsu KIET went "against the tide" to work overseas, managing both epidemic prevention and production. In the two months leading up to the installation, we collaborated with the contractor to conduct repeated technical verifications and reviews of the lifting plan. Under the guidance of renowned domestic experts, the plan was rehearsed, and on-site simulations and validations were conducted multiple times to identify potential issues and develop corresponding solutions and emergency plans.

The significant importance of the Dewar base installation was mentioned multiple times. KIET fully recognized the critical nature of this project and made thorough preparations to face the task with complete confidence. When the 1,250-ton Dewar base was safely lowered onto the temporary supports inside the Tokamak device's foundation pit, the installation was successfully completed. This marked the beginning of the main equipment installation for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).
